Development of Educational Whiteboard Videos for Head Start Teachers on How to Implement Food-based Learning in the Preschool Classroom

Abstract
We evaluated 5 educational videos for Head Start teachers on evidence-based classroom strategies to promote food-based learning. Eleven teachers and field experts provided feedback and found the videos engaging and inclusive. Findings will be used to improve future videos and may support others when developing videos for early childhood educators.
