With a cohort of 12 teachers in the first year and 16 teachers annually in subsequent years, BRITE aims to enhance science education, empower teachers, and inspire students to pursue STEMM fields, impacting approximately 7,000 middle school students over five years. The program's influence will extend further as trained teachers disseminate knowledge and influence their colleagues, amplifying its reach.
